Everyone is always looking forward to watching them to determine whether or not they are the best, worst, or funniest. Companies pay a bundle of money just to put out a commercial because they know that a majority of the world is watching.

· Fans take bathroom breaks DURING the game, not during the commercials
2. Media
The Media plays an important role when it comes to the Super Bowl. From television, newspapers, and magazines; everyone is fully involved before and after the big game. The media is everywhere, every day, trying to get the 411 on both the Colts and the Saints. They can take pictures, or even interview players. The media would do anything just to find out the scoop of the football players and what they're doing to prepare for the Super Bowl. Headlines have been going out in the past few weeks talking about the Super Bowl and what there is to expect.
3. Parties
Parties are another essential part of the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl brings family and friends together to celebrate this important day. Even people who never really watch football, choose parties or make plans to watch the Super Bowl. Tons and tons of parties go on for the Super Bowl, even if it is on Sunday! It goes to show how meaningful the Super Bowl really is for everyone. You can either be a die-hard sports fan or just be ambitious to watch the commercials; it definitly brings people together to celebrate. People hosting these parties come up with different themes and ideas to honor the Super Bowl.
